Hawai’i Senator Mike Gabbard reintroduces SB 506 for 2024. The Bill will require all retail gas service stations to display a health-climate warning label.

The bill passed the Senate but was deferred in the House (bill here) and was carried over from last year. The bill’s passage would make Hawai’i the first State in the nation to require such a regulation following the City of Cambridge.
